PLEASE NOTE - We take between 5-10 business days to deliver your order. However, the products purchased during sale may take longer than usual to deliver due to more number of orders at a single point of time.

- Each item is inspected prior to shipping. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn. Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported to us post the 24 hour period.

- In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded to you in the form of online credit. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.
- No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. Please contact us on Whatsapp for further assistance.

- WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY.

-The shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. (Applicable for both domestic and international shipping).

-All of our orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Hyderabad, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.Thithilii takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
