    While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements vary from piece to piece. This is often due to the nature of the fabric, the settings of the screen you are viewing the product on, our resistance to over-treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage.
    -We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In addition, any item purchased on sale cannot be returned unless there is an embroidery/colour issue or any other major defect with the product.
    -Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    -If your order is wrongfully delivered (item delivered is different from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, then we are open to extending a full refund (in store credits) or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us within 24 hours of order receipt at contact.thithilii@gmail.com. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).
    -Once the order has been received by us and the issue has been checked by our quality assurance team, we will issue you store credits for your order in 1-2 Business Days.

    Do you offer reverse pick-up?
    No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. Please contact us on Whatsapp for further assistance.
